In order to learn lessons from last year's accident, comprehensively strengthen the company's production safety management at all levels, and curb the occurrence of various production safety accidents, the company held a reflection meeting on the first anniversary of the accident on August 6. The meeting was initiated by Hu Jian, vice Chairman and general manager, presided over by Shen Weiyi, vice general manager of operation, and attended by the main heads of all departments and workshops and department heads.

 

At the meeting, Shen Weiyi restated the accident investigation report, emphasizing the cause of the accident and the accident prevention measures. Meanwhile, he asked EHS management Department, equipment engineering Department and manufacturing Department to report the implementation of work safety since the accident and the future work plan. The three functional departments respectively make special reports from the aspects of change management, hidden trouble investigation, training and education, equipment integrity, automation improvement, personnel ability improvement, team construction and emergency response ability improvement.

 

Hu Jian made a summary of this conference and made requirements for the future work. Hu Jian emphasized that reform and innovation should be achieved, negative thoughts should be abandoned, backward systems should be reformed, people who are not ambitious should be eliminated, people who match the company's strategy should be cultivated, the overall system should be upgraded, and various management systems should be improved. Strengthen the mapping and rectification, according to the requirements of "Fine Chemical Enterprise Engineering Design Fire Protection Standard", the Amendment to the Criminal Law and the new Safety Production Law to investigate the new problems brought by the new situation, and make the rectification plan and rectification plan at different levels and time, cut one by one, to meet the new requirements under the new environment. Compare with other companies, explore the strengths of others, find their own shortcomings, and create a proactive hidden trouble detection and training education atmosphere in the company. Hu Jian expects that under the new situation and environment, Xianju factory can produce a perfect result by the end of the year.
