On September 13th, on the occasion of the 24th anniversary of Starry Pharmaceutical, a symposium on technological innovation and lean management was held in the company's B plant.
Shi Guochen, director of the equipment Engineering Department, believes that technological innovation and lean management are attitude and technical issues, "seeking truth from facts and innovation" is very important, and "two feasibility and three conformity" should be adhered to in the project. Managers should "know technology, business and management" and adhere to a scientific and democratic review mechanism in line with the principle beneficial to the enterprise. "Goal-oriented, start with the end" -- Finance Minister Ding Wei shared a refreshing but concise view: "Lean" means getting things done and meeting targets.
At the meeting, about technical innovation and lean management, all lines contend. Around the topic of "technological innovation", representatives of various departments expressed their views. Li Xianli, the minister of human Resources, proposed that "innovation should liberate the mind". Zhou Yangfei, minister of the Department of Pharmaceutical Laws and regulations, believes that any standard must be continuously improved, and the improvement process is the innovation process. Shen Weiyi, vice president of operations, made a summary and suggestion to the research institute: Innovation will not reach the extreme. There is a second revolution in technological innovation. It will be the second revolution how to achieve stable production and innovation at the same time. Innovation is not immediately implemented, there should be an overall plan, should be exposed to new technology, from quantitative change to qualitative change. Therefore, research and development needs to have reserves, need to have big innovations, need to have big changes.
As for "lean management", representatives of all lines also spoke enthusiastically. The first speaker was Lin Yongli, deputy director of pharmaceutical Regulation Department. He talked about lean management, which means simple and convenient, improving efficiency and quality. "Lean means no waste", said Zhong Min, vice minister of technical transformation of equipment Engineering Department, "technical transformation department can cooperate with workshops and production lines to reduce consumption". Zhang Lei, manager of Left Oxygen line and Dong Dengfeng, manager of new product line have the same idea: "Personality charm or personal ability is convincing". Iodine recovery production line manager and workshop director Gu Wenbing put forward: lean is serious, finding and solving problems is also a kind of progress. Ye Guohua, manager of iodianol production line, believes that a very important part of lean management is to achieve "standardization", and workshops must fix a set of procedures.
"In lean management, departmental collaboration is very important. Only by cross-departmental collaboration and improving the professional ability, business level and management technology of managers at all levels can the basic competitiveness of enterprises be improved. Although the administrative department is not a profitable department, it must actively create value for all departments and create a better environment, so as to enhance corporate culture and achieve lean management." Assistant Minister of administration Chen Dan said.
At the end of the forum, Vice President of operations Shen Weiyi made a summary of the meeting and put forward new requirements after listening to the speeches carefully, interacting with each other and understanding the relevant situation in detail: each department has put forward the goals of technological innovation and lean management, so we should show the achievements in the form of assessment at the end of the year and check them with the results. Each department also needs to pay special attention to the key point, realize benefit maximization. Let us work together, treat technical innovation and lean management seriously, observe more, think more, and persevere, will play a greater power, create greater benefits.
