(Summary description)In order to enhance the fire awareness of employees, improve their fire operation skills, improve their ability of self prevention and self rescue of fire accidents, and ensure the safety of enterprises and employees, on November 22, the EHS Management Department of Zhejiang company organized the 2019 fire fighting campaign in plant A.
There are 20 teams and 60 participants in the workshop (Department). The competition mainly includes three items: wearing fire fighting clothes, 100 meter negative pressure relay fire fighting, and connecting fire hose with fire hydrant to flush the target. The results are calculated based on the total time of each team to complete all the items, and evaluated. One first prize, two second prizes and three third prizes are set up.

At one o'clock in the afternoon, all the participants gathered orderly in front of the office building. Wu aiming, Minister of EHS management, made a speech on this activity. He said that doing a good job in fire safety is the key to promoting the stable development of the enterprise and an important link to ensure the safety of employees' lives and properties; by holding fire fighting contests, he called on all employees to actively participate in the fire safety work of the company and further improve the fire fighting ability; the competition should be based on the spirit of "focusing on participation, friendship first", and pay attention to safety. Jin jingman, deputy director of EHS management department, explained the rules and precautions of the competition. Each team will draw numbers and compete in order of numbers.
Wearing of fire fighting clothes: the members of each group first try on the fire fighting clothes and choose the size suitable for themselves. Then, under the command of the commander, they quickly put on the fire fighting clothes and air breathing apparatus. The whole wearing process is standard and orderly.
100 meter negative pressure relay fire fighting: in the relay race, everyone makes every effort to fight for the first place. The dry powder fire extinguisher is like a baton, which is steady and fast.
The fire hose is connected with the fire hydrant to flush the target target: connect the hose, connect the fire hydrant, open the fire hydrant to flush the target target, and each team member has a clear and orderly division of labor.
The whole process of the competition was tense and orderly, and the members of each group cooperated closely. According to the total time of the three events, the eighth workshop won the first place in the fire fighting competition; the third (ninth) workshop and the twelfth workshop won the second place; the storage center, the eighteenth workshop and the Shidong workshop won the third place. Song Xiao, director of audit department, Zhu Wei, vice chairman of labor union, and Wu aiming, director of EHS management, presented awards to the winning teams and souvenirs to the rest of the participants.
