President Hu Jian pointed out that last week the Municipal Emergency Management Bureau led a team to identify 12 rectification opinions on the Xianju plant, and city and county leaders attached great importance to safety work. President Hu Jian also reiterated the seven core points pointed out by the director of the county emergency management bureau.
Hu Jian always emphasized that safety work must be put in place. Safety officials in Jiangxi, Shanghai, and Poseidon's respective territories should also earnestly grasp safety work, and carry out major inspections and investigations on safety production according to the division of responsibilities.
At the meeting, President Hu Jian also shared the contents of the ten aspects of the major inspection on the safe production of hazardous chemicals pointed out by Vice Governor Feng Fei, and hoped that the leaders of all territories attach great importance to earnestly raise safety awareness and strengthen communication with relevant emergency departments; It is hoped that the territories will be practical, detailed, thorough and accurate.
In the end, President Hu Jian demanded that each territory should conduct self-examination, inspection and rectification, and how to effectively rectify after self-inspection. The logistics and sales departments need to investigate suppliers, master first-hand information, and avoid out-of-stock or out-of-stock phenomena. Chairman Hu pointed out that we must learn lessons from the "March 21" explosion in Xiangshui, Jiangsu. The staff in the production workshop must always stick to their posts, and they must not be opportunistic or lazy. Production workshop personnel should strengthen learning and training to master basic knowledge of chemicals. The person in charge of the workshop should compare the workshop with his own kitchen, and then manage the various workshops of the company.
Chairman Hu requested that the equipment engineering department and workshop director should conduct a comprehensive and strict inspection of the company's internal machinery and equipment and workshop items to eliminate all potential safety hazards. The staff in each post must clarify the content of the work they have done, not blindly mess up, and do their own job well. Chemicals in the R & D building must not be placed or used in a random manner. A systematic and comprehensive management manual and user manual are required.
Chairman Hu emphasized that safety production comes from detailed control. We must start with small things, manage small things well, and strictly abide by safety regulations. Many accidents are caused by humans. Enterprises must put safety and environmental protection first, and adhere to the concept of "safety has a red line, environmental protection has a bottom line, and product quality has a lifeline."
