(Summary description)为了在变革中挖掘自身潜能,创造自身价值;为了在反思中寻找问题,解决问题,不断提升自我;为了顺应时代发展潮流,迎接新的机遇和挑战,11月15日,公司各属地销售部在浙江公司B厂区联合举办了以“同一个空间,同一个梦想”为主题的WORKSHOP研习会。公司副董事长兼总经理胡健参加会议,同时受邀参加的还有公司人力资源、采购、生产、质量等相关部门负责人,行政部部长助理陈丹主持会议。 “2019年,对于司太立制药来说是一个极不平凡的一年,对于刚起步的制剂销售也是意义非凡的一年,对于青春洋溢的外贸部、内贸部更是砥砺奋进的一年。这一年里我们收获了欢笑、友谊和成绩,我们见证了成长、进步与共赢。”陈丹如是说。 现场互动与交流环节里,每组认真讨论销售业务中存在的问题。各组员针对问题进行分析、阐述,并制作问题方案。评选环节里,每组各派出两名代表进行发言。派出的代表有条不紊地发表自己的观点和看法。经过激烈评比,最终质管部王吉玲获得第一名;总经理助理兼质量总监叶春获得第二名;常务副总李华军获得第三名;销售服务部黄韦韦获得第四名;销售服务部朱琪获得第五名。 OEC老师周健谈到WORKSHOP会议的重要性,并表示这是以后会议发展的一种趋势。人力资源部部长李灵巧从HRBP概念浅谈企业内部各线条间的业务合作伙伴关系,并介绍了什么是HRBP;HRBP的分类;其它线条间的业务合作伙伴以及如何进一步加深合作。制剂销售内贸部长王晗华阐述了变革的价值和意义,浅谈了变革成功的四大要素:是否搞懂;是否有能力做到;是否有尽快开始的动力;是否愿意。外贸销售总监周朋姣详细汇报了造影剂API国际市场情况与核心竞争力。内贸部副部长胡海波简要介绍了2019年销售目标执行情况和2020年销售计划,国内市场情况与工作想法。 副董事长兼总经理胡健作总结发言,回顾了公司二十多年来的发展和近三年的改革路。副董事长指出,公司在发展变化的同时,国内国际形势也在变化。当下国内国际市场上制剂产品的竞争非常激烈,我们面临很大的挑战。春天到来的同时,冬天也在靠近。副董事长强调,销售工作本身就是一种服务,它不仅仅是产品本身的服务,还包括产品的质量、外观等是否符合客户需求。副董事长要求,从2020年开始,公司的销售团队从内到外要有效地进行整合,加强沟通、协调,追求精益,寻求突破,打造国内国际制剂产品市场一体化平台,保证司太立的制剂产品在国内国际市场上站稳脚跟。 策划、讨论、阐述、评选、发言、反思,经过一个个环节的比拼与打磨,每个参赛者都受益匪浅,对今后的工作也有了一定的反思与认知。本次WORKSHOP研习会不仅是理念与实践的交融,还是思维与智慧的碰撞,更是知识与能力的提升。会议平台,体现出了司太立人勇往直前、锐意进取的拼搏精神。
