The "Reading Club" is divided into two parts, namely: group building activity-hiking on the Cangling ancient trail; reading activity-learning the "spirituality of simple and strict, self-discipline" of "the five spirits of Stellite Pharmaceutical" More than 30 employees participated.

 

Group building activities

 

The content of this activity is hiking the Cangling Ancient Trail. The Cangling Ancient Road was the main traffic route from Taizhou (Jinhua) and Chuzhou (Lishui) to Taizhou in the ancient times. It was historically called "Xi (Jinhua) Kong (Taizhou) Kongdao". The Cangling Ancient Road starts from Canglingjiao Village, Huzhen Town, Jinyun County, passes through the villages of yellow seedlings, locust trees, cold water, Huangniling and Nantian with an altitude of 800 meters. Canglingkeng Village, Juxian County, has a total length of about 50 miles. The mountains on both sides of the ancient road are criss-crossed, the mountains are steep, and the mountain road is winding, known as "the first ridge in southwestern Zhejiang".

 

At about 9 am, everyone started hiking from the Longwangmiao parking lot. It was late autumn, and everything on the mountain road was withered and vegetation converged. Most of the grass and trees in the mountains have been withered, fallen, and withered, which is in stark contrast to the swell, vigour, and vigor of summer. The steep mountain road is covered with various leaves, such as pine leaves, maple leaves, sycamore leaves, camphor leaves, etc., and the feet are soft. The red and yellow leaves of different shades of the mountain are like messengers of the season to convey the secrets of the season to us. Standing at the Fengmen entrance of the Cangling Ancient Road, you can look around the mountains. The mountains are long, the water is long, the mountains are tall, the pines are green.

 

In ancient times, this thousand-year-old path was the salt path from Xianju to the interior. Along the way, everyone carried forward the spirit of hardship, simplicity, solidarity, and mutual help, overcoming rugged mountain roads and thorns in the wild. After more than two hours of hard walking, everyone came to a farmhouse on the edge of the ancient road. This farmhouse is located in a mountain stream, surrounded by green bamboo, and it is the only one in its own family. The houses, tables and chairs, doors and windows, chopsticks, spoons, etc. are basically bamboo structures, and their existence has an inherent sense of order. Everyone enjoyed lunch here. They were some local vegetables, such as taro, bamboo shoots, potatoes, green vegetables and so on. These are the most primitive vegetables in nature. This place is like a paradise of barking dogs.

 

Reading activities

 

After dinner, everyone carried out reading activities. Li Huajun, the company's executive deputy general manager, shared the "seven useless work" hidden in the work based on the book "Today's Habits That Toyota Perseveres in Every Day", which are: the useless work in transition; Useless work; useless work in processing; useless work in stock; useless work in action; defective products-useless work in rework. He has repeatedly stated that he needs to read this book repeatedly and recommend it to everyone to encourage everyone to learn more.

 

At the seminar, Zhu Wei, Cheng Hongbin, Ye Guohua, etc. also shared some viewpoints and opinions and put forward some suggestions for improvement based on the workshop examples.

After the reading activity, everyone returned in two ways. People all the way back to the original way; the other pass around to the north of Yanxia Village and Yanbei Village and return along another mountain road. After more than 3 hours of mountain road rushing, at 5 pm, everyone meets smoothly in the village of Kanxia under the mountain's Xianju.
