In order to improve the operation skill level of maintenance personnel and the overall quality of the maintenance team, on December 13, the Equipment Engineering Department of Zhejiang Company held the first skill competition of the operation and maintenance group in 2019.
 
This skill competition is divided into electrician group and mechanical maintenance group, which is planned and organized by the equipment engineering department. The operation and maintenance group formulates detailed competition content and rules according to the skills of the post.
 
Before the start of the competition, Cheng Jizhi, director of the equipment engineering department, delivered a mobilization speech. During the competition, the operation and maintenance team of the Equipment Engineering Department organized the competition. After a day of intense and fierce competition, the game was a complete success and the expected goal was achieved.
 
The award ceremony was held in the mechanic workshop. Zhou Guobin, the head of the machine repair workshop, announced the competition rankings. Cheng Jizhi, director of the equipment engineering department, Wu Aiming, director of the EHS management department, and Lin Guiping, deputy minister of the equipment engineering department, presented awards to the winners. In the end, Cheng Jizhi and Wu Aiming made concluding remarks on the achievements of this competition.
 
Under the correct leadership of the company, under the leadership of the trade union leaders at all levels, with the fierce "noise" and cheers, the operation and maintenance team successfully completed this skill competition. In this competition, a practical plan of activities, detailed evaluation criteria, and various logistical arrangements were formulated, which truly achieved everyone's participation, everyone's progress, and everyone's gain.
