On the morning of January 25, 2019, Stellite Pharmaceuticals held the 2018 annual work summary meeting. This meeting not only invited all employees of Zhejiang Stellite and relevant leaders from all territories, but also invited more than 20 partners from all over the country.

 

At the meeting, Vice Chairman and General Manager Hu Jian announced the "Decision on Recognizing Excellent Performance Workers in 2018" and commended the advanced departments and workers with outstanding performance in 2018.

Stellite has been listed for nearly three years, how should we operate in the capital market? How to promote enterprise reform? How to innovate management? How to achieve high-quality and rapid development? These are issues worthy of our deep consideration.

 

Hu Jinsheng said that in 2019, we will promote informatization management in an all-round way and use informatization management to carry out refined calculations to ensure the smooth operation of enterprises. After moving to the new building on September 15, 2018, Zhejiang Stellite once again carried out institutionalized control within the enterprise. Only by perfecting the system construction can we do a good job in fine management of various tasks. The current OEC system is an important means of information management and control. The Science and Technology Commission and the R&D teams of the four companies must realize the innovation of organizational structure and management mode, and effectively integrate the overall resources. In the future, our company will vigorously promote the re-innovation of the management model, relying on informatization and intelligent means to achieve refined management and control, and achieve management model innovation.
