"The 18 million bottles of X-CT non-ionic contrast agent production investment construction project" (hereinafter referred to as "the project") is located in Jinshan Industrial Park, Shanghai Jinshan Industrial Park (near Maoye Road in the south, Jinzheng Road in the east, and west Adjacent to Mueller's land, the north side is planned land). This project was constructed by Shanghai Starry Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd.
 
Shanghai Starry Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Zhejiang Starry Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Starry Pharmaceutical"), which mainly produces contrast agent products such as iohexol and ioversol.
 
The project commenced in April 2013, and construction has now been completed. The "Environmental Production and Construction Project for the Production of 18 Million Bottles of X-CT Non-Ion Contrast Agents" (Phase I) is currently undergoing environmental protection inspection.
