On October 30, the "2020 Quality Month" kickoff meeting was held in Zhejiang Province with the theme of "Strengthening the quality awareness of front-line employees and building the quality spirit of management team". Attendees watched videos to review the 2019 Quality Month event. Last year's quality month activity enabled all employees to participate in it and deeply realized the importance of product quality. It not only enhanced everyone's quality awareness, but also enhanced the cohesion of the enterprise. This activity was unanimously praised.
 
During the meeting, Wang Jiling carried out the deployment and introduction of this quality activity month. Production director Xie Yongjian and equipment engineering director Cheng Jizhi indicated that they would actively cooperate with each other to motivate employees and encourage everyone to actively participate in the activity. Ye Chun commented on the quality month activity, saying that taking the quality month as an opportunity, leaders of all departments should fully mobilize the enthusiasm of employees and actively participate in the quality month activity. Quality awareness is not formed overnight. It needs to be continuously promoted and kept in mind by employees all the time.
