Seven typical wastes of lean production thinking: First, excess production-the biggest waste; second, waiting-the most common waste on the spot; third, extra work-processing waste; fourth, invalid logistics-waste of handling; five 1. Excessive inventory-evil waste; 6. Worthless operation-waste of action; 7. Bad manufacturing-the most ineffective operation.
 
Based on the 7 typical wastes of lean production, the manufacturing department organized the company to launch a "find waste in production and operation" activity. Since the event was announced, various departments and workshops have actively and effectively put forward a number of rationalization suggestions based on problems encountered in their actual work.
 
In early November, the Minister of Manufacturing Cheng Hongbin hosted the 2019 Rationalization Recommendation Review Meeting in the conference room on the third floor of Factory A. Li Huajun, executive deputy general manager of Zhejiang Company, Xu Chuanlong, deputy chief executive and union chairman, Ye Chun, assistant general manager and quality director, Cheng Jizhi, director of equipment engineering, and other companies participated in the review. They were led by Ye Chun and Wu Aiming, director of EHS management Acting as a consultant for quality and safety regulations for rationalization recommendations.
 
According to the overall score of the review table, Zhang Yingying of the final equipment engineering department won the first prize; Zhu Wei of the sixth workshop of iohexol line and Wan Songliang of the equipment engineering department; Chen Taishun, a left oxygen line technician, won second prize; Xia Yibin, a left oxygen line 8. Eighth workshop of the iodixanol line (two suggestions) won the third prize; Zhang Jinzhun of the iodixanol line 19, 18 of the iodixanol line, Lin Weiye of the Equipment Engineering Department, and Chen Taishun, a left oxygen line craftsman (another suggestion) ) Receive an encouragement award. After the evaluation, a short award ceremony was held.
